Washashore Home was founded by Peyton Lambton and Sarah Waldo, two passionate designers with a shared vision: to create a design experience that's as personalized as it is stress-free. Whether you're embarking on a new build, tackling a renovation, or just need a fresh take on furniture, we are here to guide you every step of the way. We offer comprehensive services that can take your project from concept to completion, or we can jump in to assist with smaller, specific needs along the journey.

Peyton Lambton - Originally from East Tennessee, Peyton moved to Cape Cod in 2012 after marrying a local. With a background in home design for both HGTV and the DIY Network, she’s spent years turning design dreams into reality. Peyton thrives on working with clients to design spaces that reflect their personal style and vision. Drawing inspiration from both the coastal beauty of Cape Cod and her Southern roots, Peyton crafts designs that are timeless and meaningful. She believes that everyone deserves to love the place they call home, and she is dedicated to delivering designs that stand the test of time. 

Sarah Waldo - After growing up on Cape Cod, Sarah graduated from Parsons School of Design in New York before eventually returning to the Cape with her family. She has a passion for blending the old and the new, finding creative ways to combine family heirlooms, vintage finds, and historic architecture with modern, family-friendly furniture, smart organization, and functional layouts. Sarah’s approach focuses on creating spaces that are not only visually inviting but also easy to live in – reflecting the unique story of each family. Whether through a carefully curated piece or a thoughtful design choice, she strives to make every space feel both beautiful and practical.
